Build it right. Then grow it.
Liquid Lemon steps in as Bro Glo’s growth partner: the strategy, the product and brand decisions, and the acquisition, retention, and conversion work that executes them. One team, month to month, at $17,500 or 15% of the agreed ad budget, whichever is higher.
Strategy
The growth roadmap, product and launch decisions, pricing and offers, and brand direction, decided together every week.
Acquisition
Meta and Google managed daily: account structure, testing, creative rotation, budget allocation, and scaling what earns it.
Retention & Conversion
Twelve Klaviyo campaigns a month, flow optimization, ongoing CRO and Shopify development, and landing pages for every offer.
Everything in motion.
Scope of Work
Growth strategy and roadmap: quarterly planning, monthly priorities, and the calls on where the next dollar goes.
Product and catalog strategy: what to launch, bundle, reprice, or retire, decided from sales and customer data.
Meta: campaign architecture, testing strategy, audience development, creative rotation, scaling, and daily optimization.
Google: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, branded search, feed optimization, and ongoing account management.
Budget allocation across channels, campaigns, products, and creative based on incremental return.
Pricing and offer architecture: AOV, bundles, first-purchase incentives, subscription offers, and the promotional calendar.
Measurement across Meta, Google, Klaviyo, and Shopify around one consistent source of truth.
Brand and creative direction across the site, email, ads, and new product launches, so everything ships as one brand.
Performance creative: ongoing static ad design, landing page assets, and email creative developed from account data.
Twelve fully managed Klaviyo campaigns a month: strategy, copy, design, build, segmentation, scheduling, and reporting.
Continuous flow optimization as the customer base, product mix, and offers evolve.
Ongoing Shopify development and CRO: landing pages, new sections, product launches, and campaign experiences.
Weekly performance reviews covering what happened, why, and the priorities for the following week.
A shared Slack channel with Nick and Andrew, plus direct phone contact, for day-to-day communication.
The first 180 days.
Establish the economics, find what works, and progressively put more resources behind it.
Set the baseline. Tracking verified, accounts rebuilt, creative system built, and the first tests running on Meta and Google.
Find the signal. Controlled spend, baseline economics set, and creative and offers tested against real customer data.
Scale what works. Budget shifts to the audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages with the strongest unit economics.
Build the flywheel. Acquisition, conversion, and retention reinforcing each other, with the roadmap set by data.
Every month informs the next. We review acquisition, conversion, retention, revenue, spend, and contribution together and reallocate effort toward the highest-leverage opportunities. The roadmap follows the data, not a preset checklist.
Growth is not just media buying. If the constraint is creative, conversion, retention, merchandising, pricing, the offer, or the customer experience itself, that becomes the priority. The goal is a stronger business that can profitably support more spend.
More spend requires more output.
The fee is $17,500 a month or 15% of the agreed monthly ad budget, whichever is higher. It is calculated on advertising budget only, never on revenue, and Liquid Lemon takes no share of Bro Glo’s sales.
Budget up to $115K a month
The flat fee applies. Everything in the monthly scope: growth strategy, product and brand direction, Meta and Google management, twelve Klaviyo campaigns a month, CRO and Shopify development, and performance creative.
$17,500/mo$150K a month
15% of the agreed budget. The larger budget carries more creative testing, more landing-page production, and more campaign and promotional planning to put it to work.
$22,500/mo$200K a month
15% of the agreed budget. Heavier creative production, broader acquisition testing, and deeper segmentation and retention work to match the volume.
$30,000/mo$300K a month
15% of the agreed budget. A more comprehensive partnership built around the increased acquisition volume, customer base, and operational complexity.
$45,000/moThe budget is agreed in advance. Before the start of each month, we agree the following month’s ad budget in writing, in Slack or by email. The fee is calculated from that figure and invoiced once, in advance, so both sides know the exact number before the month begins. If no budget is agreed, the most recent one carries forward.
The fee follows the agreed budget, never actual spend. Spend may run up to 10% over the agreed budget with no change to the fee, because a scaling account cannot be throttled to an exact figure without hurting performance. If spend falls short, the fee is not reduced, as the team for that month is committed in advance.
Built for a long-term partnership.
Without a long-term contract.
Month to month. Either side can end the partnership with 30 days’ written notice. No long-term commitment, no cancellation fee. We want it to continue because the work is creating value, not because a contract requires it.
You own the work. Every ad account, creative asset, email, landing page, and line of code remains Bro Glo’s property from day one. Nothing essential to the operation of the business disappears if the partnership ends.
Billing. The monthly fee is invoiced on the first business day of each month, in advance, calculated from the agreed budget, and is due on receipt. The first invoice is prorated to the agreed start date.
Ad spend. Media is paid by Bro Glo directly to the platforms and is never marked up. We agree the monthly budget together in advance, manage to it, and never exceed the 10% tolerance without written approval.
Built in your ecosystem. Shopify, Klaviyo, advertising accounts, and analytics all stay inside Bro Glo-owned accounts. Bro Glo simply provides the administrator or collaborator access needed for us to execute the work each month.
What we need from Bro Glo. Timely access to brand assets, photography and video, product information, claims, pricing, policies, and platform accounts, plus advance notice of launches, promotions, and inventory changes.
Third-party costs. Shopify, Klaviyo, Stay.ai, paid applications, software licenses, and payment processing are all separate from Liquid Lemon’s fees, are paid directly by Bro Glo, and are never marked up by us.
Outside the monthly scope. Full redesigns, custom applications, photo and video shoots, influencer and affiliate fees, and high-volume creative production are quoted separately and approved by Bro Glo before work begins.

Olipop · Built by Liquid Lemon ↗A decade of
custom Shopify.
We've been designing and developing custom Shopify sites for about ten years. Every storefront pattern that matters, we've built, shipped, and refined dozens of times.
10+ yearsProven engine,
zero templates.
Nothing we ship starts from a theme. Over a decade of client builds we engineered our own private Shopify foundation for the unforgiving parts: cart drawers, upsell logic, performance. Only our clients get it, and every storefront is custom-coded on top of it. That's why your budget goes to design and conversion instead of re-solving solved problems.
Zero templatesBuilt around
your brand.
Because the foundation is already engineered, your budget goes where it matters: the front end. Every page, section, and interaction your customers touch starts from a blank canvas, built in custom code around your brand guide and references, then elevated with our own creative direction.
100% design focusBuilt and in production.
Klaviyo, handled.
We specialize in email design and retention as well. Figma-designed, Klaviyo-built flows and campaigns shipped for CPG and apparel brands.
